Gizlilik Politikası Privacy Policy

Giriş

Bu gizlilik politikası MathTale uygulaması ("Uygulama") için geçerlidir. Uygulama, öğrenciler, aileler ve her yaştan öğrenen için tasarlanmış, oyunlaştırılmış bir matematik eğitim uygulamasıdır. Eğitim içerikleri öncelikli olarak ilkokul ve ortaokul düzeyindeki öğrencilere (2. sınıf – 8. sınıf) yönelik olup, uygulama her yaştan kullanıcıya açıktır; ebeveynler, veliler ve eğitimciler de dahil olmak üzere.

Tüm kullanıcılarımızın gizliliğini korumayı taahhüt ediyoruz ve 13 yaşın altındaki genç kullanıcılara özel dikkat gösteriyoruz.

Bilgi Toplama ve Kullanım

Uygulama aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmetlerini kullanmaktadır:

• Firebase Authentication: Kullanıcı girişi için (öğretmen ve veliler için e-posta/şifre; öğrenciler için misafir giriş seçeneği mevcuttur)
• Google AdMob: Reklam gösterimi için
• Firebase: Uygulama işlevselliği ve temel analitik için

Hiçbir kullanıcıdan davranışsal reklamcılık veya kullanıcı profilleme amacıyla kişisel bilgi toplamıyoruz, saklamıyoruz veya paylaşmıyoruz. Misafir girişi kullanan öğrenci hesapları herhangi bir kişisel bilgi gerektirmemektedir.

Reklamlar

Uygulama, Google AdMob aracılığıyla üçüncü taraf reklamlar göstermektedir. Tüm reklam talepleri çocuklara yönelik işlem (child-directed treatment) etkinleştirilerek yapılandırılmıştır, bu da şu anlama gelmektedir:

• Reklamlar yalnızca bağlamsal olarak sunulur — davranışsal hedefleme veya kullanıcı profilleme kullanılmaz
• Reklam içeriği yaşa uygunluk açısından filtrelenir ("G" veya eşdeğer derecelendirme)
• Reklam kişiselleştirme için kalıcı tanımlayıcılar (IDFA veya GAID gibi) kullanılmaz

Çocukların Gizliliği

Bu Uygulamanın bazı kullanıcılarının 13 yaşın altında olabileceğinin farkındayız. Çocukların Çevrimiçi Gizliliğini Koruma Yasası (COPPA), Genel Veri Koruma Yönetmeliği'nin çocuklara ilişkin hükümleri (GDPR-K) ve Türkiye'nin Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) uyarınca:

• 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamıyoruz
• Hiçbir kullanıcı için davranışsal reklamcılık veya takip kullanmıyoruz
• Tüm reklamlar çocuklara yönelik işlem etkinleştirilerek sunulmakta ve yaşa uygunluk açısından filtrelenmektedir
• Uygulama içi satın alımlar, herhangi bir işlem öncesinde Ebeveyn Kapısı (matematik sorusu doğrulaması) aracılığıyla ebeveyn veya veli katılımını gerektirmektedir

Ebeveyn veya veli olarak çocuğunuzun Uygulama aracılığıyla kişisel bilgi sağladığını düşünüyorsanız, gerekli önlemleri alabilmemiz için lütfen bizimle derhal iletişime geçin.

Uygulama İçi Satın Almalar ve Abonelikler

Uygulama, isteğe bağlı Premium abonelikler ve sanal para birimleri satın alma olanağı sunar. Tüm finansal işlemler ilgili platformun ödeme sistemi (Apple App Store veya Google Play Store) üzerinden gerçekleştirilir. Genç kullanıcıların istenmeyen satın alımlarını önlemeye yardımcı olmak için bir Ebeveyn Kapısı mekanizması uygulanmaktadır.

Veri Güvenliği

Kullanıcı bilgilerini korumak için makul önlemler alıyoruz. Kendi sunucularımızda kişisel veri toplamadığımız ve saklamadığımız için, hesapla ilgili verilerin güvenliği ilgili üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılarının (Google, Apple) politikalarına tabidir.

Bu Gizlilik Politikasındaki Değişiklikler

Bu Gizlilik Politikasını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Yapılan değişiklikler, bu belgenin üst kısmındaki "Son Güncelleme" tarihinin güncellenmesiyle yansıtılacaktır. Kullanıcılarımızın bu politikayı periyodik olarak gözden geçirmesini tavsiye ederiz.

Introduction

This privacy policy applies to the MathTale application ("Application"), a gamified mathematics education app designed for students, families, and learners of all ages. The Application provides educational content primarily aimed at elementary and middle school students (Grades 2–8), but is available to users of all ages, including parents, guardians, and educators.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of all our users, with special attention to younger users who may be under the age of 13.

Information Collection and Use

The Application uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication for user login (email/password for teachers and parents; guest login option available for students)
• Google AdMob for displaying advertisements
• Firebase for app functionality and basic analytics

We do not collect, store, or share personally identifiable information from any user for the purpose of behavioral advertising or user profiling. Student accounts using guest login do not require any personal information.

Advertising

The Application displays third-party advertisements served by Google AdMob. All ad requests are configured with child-directed treatment enabled, meaning:

• Ads are contextual only — no behavioral targeting or user profiling is used
• Ad content is filtered to be age-appropriate (rated "G" or equivalent)
• No persistent identifiers (such as IDFA or GAID) are used for ad personalization

Children's Privacy

We recognize that some users of this Application may be children under the age of 13. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation for children (GDPR-K), and Turkey's KVKK:

• We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13
• We do not use behavioral advertising or tracking for any users
• All advertisements are served with child-directed treatment enabled and are filtered for age-appropriateness
• In-app purchases require parental or guardian involvement through a Parental Gate (math question verification) before any transaction

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The Application offers optional Premium subscriptions and virtual currency purchases. All financial transactions are processed through the respective platform's payment system (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). A Parental Gate mechanism is in place to help prevent unintended purchases by younger users.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect user information. Since we do not collect or store personal data on our own servers, the security of any account-related data is governed by the respective third-party service providers (Google, Apple).
